I guess that whilst bloggers and journalists are often on the receiving end of poor PR, they&#039;re also in a privileged position to be able to publicly vent about it when they&#039;ve had enough. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That said, I don&#039;t think pitching to bloggers is different to pitching to anyone, inasmuch that you need to be able to recognise a good story, tailor what you&#039;re saying to who you&#039;re saying it to, and recognise the limitations of your story. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It would be just as bad to pitch a story about a B2B logistics company to Financial Sector Technology magazine rather than Logistics Manager, as it would to pitch the same story to ShinyShiny. And how you say it is just as important... &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Problematically tho - surely the people reading Vero&#039;s open letter on her blog aren&#039;t the ones she should be moaning at...</description>
